With over 30 years in film, television, and animation, Steven brings both creative insight and strong operational expertise to General Assembly. Trained in Rob Reiner’s cutting room on classics like The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally…, and A Few Good Men, he later contributed to series including FX’s Justified, SyFy’s The Magicians, and Apple’s Sugar. A member of American Cinema Editors, Steven is known for modernizing workflows, managing complex assets, and collaborating across departments. He remains dedicated to mentorship and fostering efficient, story-focused post-production environments.
Marc is a Feature Film and Television Colorist with certification in Dolby Vision. He has worked on a variety of projects for clients such as the History Channel, AE, Lifetime, Cartoon Network, FOX Sports, Zimbalist brothers and Wild West Entertainment. He brings any form of content to life with his expertise and creative insights.
Timothy Preston is an Emmy-nominated sound editor and re-recording mixer with over 10 years of experience in post-sound. With a keen ear for mixing and a deep passion for technology and sound, Timothy is constantly exploring new ways to innovate in audio post-production. Throughout his career, Timothy has worked on a diverse range of projects - including Wild Wild Country, Swiss Army Man, Mystery Science Theater 3000; and Netflix foreign dubbing projects such as The Last Dance, The Witcher, The Irishman, and Money Heist. Additionally, He has worked on unscripted content for Discovery+ and MTV. His commitment to producing exceptional work, and his attention to detail allow him to bring his clients' stories to life through expertly crafted audio.
Analis is a multifaceted Post Production Coordinator with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects across platforms and formats. She ensures that every phase of post flows seamlessly by maintaining clear communication between creative and technical teams. With her background as an assistant editor in documentary and unscripted content, she combines her technical knowledge, organizational discipline, and solutions-oriented mindset to streamline project management and ensure teams have what they need to tell their story.
Owen is the Systems Engineer for General Assembly’s post-production technology and computer networking infrastructure. Owen focuses on improving the client experience by aligning General Assembly’s bespoke, leading-edge post-production technology with customer needs. Owen utilizes his diverse set of skills to ensure that General Assembly provides efficient and effective service to customers.
